We are implementing something new and exciting by offering our Trips prior to the beginning of the Semesters. This process streamlines purchasing and reducing the lines at Registration Day when we need to spend more time for Classes. It also will help reduce disappointment when trips need to be canceled. Please pass on this information to family and friends to check out our website.

The cost of each tour covers transportation, admission fees and lunch if indicated. The College must pay fees in advance and cannot accept cancellations once reservations are made. If you cannot go on a trip, another person may use that reservation with the registration receipt. Refunds are made only for health emergencies or if the trip is cancelled. The College office needs to know the names of substitutes for the final trip roster. If you find a substitute, they can reimburse you for the trip.
Depending on weather conditions, buses have a tendency to be on the cool side. Please bring a light jacket or cover, if you feel you may be uncomfortable.
The meeting place for all trips inside the main entrance (front door) of SouthShore United Church of Christ. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before departure time. Do not park cars in the staff lot along Pebble Beach Blvd. Before boarding the bus, pick up your name tag in the lobby and check off your name on the trip roster.
Don’t forget to arrive 20 minutes before departure time! Return to church time is the time you will be back at the church. Note: Return times are approximate. Depending on weather and traffic conditions we could be later.

and drop it off or mail to College office with your check. (Trip Purchase Form may be pick up outside college office in a manila folder.) When a trip is full you will be added to the wait list and your money will be returned. Please indicate multiple names on order when purchasing for more than one. No walk-in registrations will be processed until Registration Day 9-20-2017
